Stephen possesses a rich background in project development complemented by expertise in data-driven technology and software engineering. He has founded several companies in Australia and abroad.

Staffan is a co-founder and serves as Executive Chairman of the Square Group of Companies. He also served as CEO of QCoal and as Founder and Managing Partner of Triangle Resource Fund.

Mr. Ever has extensive experience in the commodities, including managing and financing projects from greenfields through to production, coupled with extensive experience in marketing and mergers and acquisitions.

Geologist with 48 years global experience in minerals exploration and evaluation.

Team leader in discoveries of gold, mineral sands & uranium, including NexGen’s giant Arrow uranium deposit discovery in Canada.

30+ years in the mining industry, with management experience including working globally with Rio Tinto and BHP, and in Alaska, within corporate planning, technical, operating, commercial and financial roles.  

Qualified mining engineer across base and precious metals. 

Irish National Geologist with about 20 years’ of experience working in Australia, Zambia, Ethiopia and Ireland.

Highly experienced from greenfield project target generation to resource definition drilling in base metals and gold exploration.
